About me
I’m Rachael, and work with people in Kent and London, supporting clients across the English-speaking world through online sessions.
My background spans embodiment coaching, hypnosis, NLP, somatic and Mythoself-informed training - approaches that work at the identity level to shift how you experience yourself and your life. This work led me through my own journey of reconnecting with a deeper sense of self, dissolving long-held limitations, releasing old patterns and gradually moving into a way of living that feels calmer, more balanced and authentically directed.
It’s a way of being I continue to refine as I deepen my own learning - because this work isn’t a one-time shift. And as I live this work myself, I’m able to guide clients with the same grounded clarity, helping them restore balance, build resilience and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
Resetting Back to Balance
You don’t need to analyse the problem or know what caused it, that’s rarely where meaningful change happens - You notice the signal, make a subtle adjustment, and reconnect back to the steadiness within that lets you think clearly and respond deliberately.
Balance is never static, whether you’re walking, cycling, driving, or standing on a paddle board, you’re making continuous, almost invisible adjustments. This is where balance lives - in the ongoing micro-corrections, not in any single perfect moment.
Your body already understands this, it’s built into how you move through the world, this is proprioception - the ability to sense yourself in time and space - embodiment in action.
It’s not a one-and-done moment; it’s a way of living. And through that continual resetting, resilience becomes effortless.
Taking Responsibility for Your State
Muddling through life on autopilot rarely leads to the outcomes you want - life has a way of arriving with its own demands, knocking you off balance, constricting you, and disrupting your equilibrium. Your internal way of being shapes how you feel, decide, connect and respond.

As an Embodiment Coach and Mentor, I help you learn how to operate yourself - so you can take responsibility for your responses, your state and the outcomes you create. Life comes at us and we have to respond to it. I’ll teach you the skills to manage those responses - a set of embodied tools you can use to create the life, relationships and results you want, even in today’s complex, fast-changing and often overwhelming world.
