Sessions and Packages

I offer 60 minute one-to-one sessions, available online or in person (Bexley). Where the work naturally requires more space, sessions may extend to 75 minutes, allowing time for settling, exploration, and integration without feeling rushed.

While a single session can bring clarity or insight, meaningful and lasting change tends to unfold over time. This work supports embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and the steady reorganisation of long held patterns, processes that benefit from continuity. For this reason, I typically work with clients over a series of sessions rather than as a one-off.

Flow Living is a method for developing adaptive intelligence - the ability to stay clear, calm, and capable in complex, changing environments. It’s about working with your body’s natural intelligence, not against it.

Why Is This Approach Different from Traditional Coaching or Mindfulness?

Creating a life that feels balanced, authentic and aligned with your true purpose.

My journey began over 20 years ago with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - an introduction to how language, perception and state shape our experience of life. This early training laid the foundation for understanding how people create change and how the mind and body communicate through awareness and intent.

In 2005, I began studying with Dr. Joseph Riggio, developer of the Mythoself Process, and have continued to deepen that work ever since. For the past three years, I’ve also been mentored by Mark Schwimmer, Dr. Riggio’s head trainer, whose guidance has further refined my ability to work at the deeper, embodied level of identity and perception - where true transformation happens.

Alongside this, I trained in Embodiment Coaching with Embodiment Unlimited, and studied the Embodiment Present Process (EPP) with Philip Shepherd, exploring how authentic presence and balance arise through the body. I’ve also completed Counselling Skills (Level 2) and continue to study Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, expanding my understanding of therapeutic communication, hypnosis and language as a tool for transformation.

It was through my own journey of learning, change, and embodiment that I experienced profound shifts in how I lived and related to life. Those insights inspired me to share this work - to offer others the same opportunity to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and create meaningful change through the skills and practices that have shaped my own growth.

Together, these experiences form the foundation of Flow Living - an integrative approach that brings together embodiment, ontology and language to help people restore balance, build resilience and live with clarity and ease.
